Paragon Customer Communications announces rebrand to Paragon

Today, we announced that we have rebranded from Paragon Customer Communications to Paragon. This new go-to-market strategy recognises our significant growth and diversification, and better positions us to meet the needs of our diverse range of clients.

We have evolved from our heritage in the printing sector, and the new Paragon brand and structure will enable our business to better represent our current offerings. This decision was made following consultations with clients and stakeholders across the four regions we operate in: Belgium and the Netherlands; DACH and CEE; Western Europe; and the UK, Ireland and Luxembourg.

The rebrand to Paragon will include a reorganisation of our company to reflect the full breadth of business-critical services we offer to clients, by defining seven distinct business lines. By drawing out these areas, Paragon will give a firmer identity to our people and better explain what each line of business does for our clients. Those business lines are: Consulting and Agency; Customer Communications; Lead Supply; Supply Chain Management; Business Process Outsourcing; Workplace Solutions; and Print Solutions.

In line with the new brand, we have also announced the promotion of Jeremy Walters to CEO of Paragon, expanding his current remit to cover all the regions in which we operate.

After ten successful years as CEO of UK, Ireland and Luxembourg, Jeremy was an obvious choice for this new role. He has already spearheaded growth, while promoting sustainability, inclusion and diversity throughout our business. He has also successfully led diversification into new markets, including the integration of several large acquisitions. He will use his deeply engrained customer-first ethos and leadership skills to focus the business on getting even closer to our clients and their challenges.

Jeremy said, “The decision to rebrand is hugely valuable to Paragon because it allows us to better position ourselves to deliver the increasingly diverse solutions we offer to our clients. It also brings together our different regions under a consistent brand identity, demonstrating that we are now a truly global business. This is the start of a new journey for our brand, and the next step in my own journey with Paragon.

“I’ve already spent the past few months meeting with our teams across Europe, and I’m really excited about working closely with them to meet our clients’ challenges.”

A replacement for the position of CEO for Paragon UK, Ireland and Luxembourg will be announced in April. Until that time, Jeremy will cover both roles.
