Re-building the online presence of a Leading Asset Management company

What our client wanted

Our client, a leading UK asset management company, needed an online presence that was in-line with their growing database of digitally savvy customers. With its competitors investing heavily in digital, our client’s customers’ online experience needs to be simple to use and deliver great content, all while showcasing our client's capabilities to influential wealth managers. Maintaining our client’s unique brand was also an essential requirement.

What we gave them

We developed a digital strategy and roadmap that aligned with our client’s business objectives and evolved over time as they grew their international presence. Optimising the site for mobile was also highly important, with clearly displayed fund data and analytics. We helped to take the brand experience online, delivering strong branding without distracting from the information being displayed.

What was the impact

When the website launched, customer engagement surpassed all expectations, with customers reacting well to the new design and layout. Ambitious KPIs around content consumption, improved engagement and brand reach were met and exceeded, with the website receiving 96% more visits, 43% more page views and a 24% increase in average session time across the first year of launch. Our client subsequently asked us to create a microsite dedicated to interest rates to further enrich their customers’ digital experience.
