What is Paragon Archiving and Portals?
Archive Enterprise is our core product platform for indexing, storing, searching and retrieving large collections of customer documents. It has a web based searching interface that can quickly locate a specific communication piece and enable viewing as HTML or PDF.
On top of offering robust search and retrieval, Archive Enterprise also provides enhanced indexing and tagging, tailored to meet your corporate retention and reporting needs. The solution is scalable to handle multiple years of communications for even the most high-volume clients with options for communications to be stored in multiple formats to support different data access requirements.

We can handle notifying customers of new documents using our Email service that integrates directly with Paragon Archive.
We can also provide a fully integrated document portal as an add-on to Archive Enterprise allowing the end customer to view their documents.
New security enhancements mean administrators spend less time servicing individual password resets and user administration. All user actions are logged and viewable in the online activity log.
Administrators never create or set passwords. Email addresses act as user names which will ensure uniqueness. Password strength and expiry are built in.
