Introducing our Regional CEOs
Mieke Clark-Marsman
CEO, Paragon Netherlands and Belgium
Mieke joined Paragon in December 2019 from PostNL Communication Services, where she was GM, and has extensive experience of successfully transforming businesses in various industries, including manufacturing, financial services and ICT. She has previously held positions at Northgate Arinso, Baan Company and PNO Consultants, and has degrees in Business and Economics from HES Amsterdam, Universität of St. Gallen, and TIAS School for Business and Society.
Thomas Simon
CEO, Paragon DACH and CEE
Thomas joined Paragon in 2017, having previously worked in several executive positions for companies such as GHP, Swiss Post Solutions and Itella. In 2012 he started his own business, Docsellent Geschäftsführer, which he sold to Paragon in 2017 and joined our DACH and CEE region as CEO. Thomas holds a Diploma in Economics from the University of Bielefeld.
Jonas Magnusson,
CEO Communisis Brand Deployment
Joining Paragon in 2023, Jonas has a clear focus on the needs of market leading brands, retailers, and consumers. Having held senior positions across blue-chip and entrepreneurial enterprises, Jonas brings extensive experience in consumer goods markets.
Jonas holds an MBA, a BSc in Business, Economics and Law, and further qualifications in Marketing and Finance. Based in Stockholm, Jonas speaks Swedish, English, and German
Guilhem Boucon
CEO, Paragon Western Europe
Prior to joining Paragon in 2007, Guilhem held a number of senior positions within 3M. He then joined Paragon as Operations Director, and completed an Executive MBA from HEC Paris Business School in 2011. Since then he has held several senior positions within Paragon across IT, Sales and Marketing, including most recently the role of Regional CEO for Paragon Western Europe.
